Upon arrival, the check-in process was painfully slow and disorganized, taking far too long. I found the amenities lacking. I expected more options for dining and entertainment within the hotel itself, which made it cumbersome to find quality food options without going out. The housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in inconsistent service. my room was neglected for a day despite a request for cleaning.

Loved that the staff went out of their way to get my drink request fulfilled. special shoutout to the warm welcome from Marko and Sohini. Definitely felt at home here.
